Apply for Legal Counsel - Temporary Contract at Bormioli Pharma in Parma, EMI, IT. This Tempo pieno on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
The resource will be responsible for managing all the following Legal topics within the company: Main activities:
- Management of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers
- Corporate governance, coordination of external Supervisory Board ("OdV") in the effective implementation and monitoring of the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Organisation, Management and Control Model).
- Litigation matters, management of Whistelblowing channel, intellectual property, privacy and compliance
- Providing legal support for legal/compliance initiatives, M&A; transactions and strategic business projects
- Drafting and reviewing contractual documentation
- Managing compliance-related matters. potential claims involving customers and suppliers
- Providing legal support to various business functions

Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Legal topics management within structured companies
- Fluent in English language




- Experience in managing international commercial contracts
- Experience in handling compliance matters, including Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Antitrust, and Data Privacy
- Strong ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changements

Location: Parma Annual Based Salary: 45.000 € - 60.000 € - Temporary Contract
