Seeking an experienced Property Manager for a private home in Florence.

- Valid work papers
- Valid driver’s license and own car

Responsibilities:
- Oversee villa maintenance and daily operations
- Coordinate and supervise gardeners, cleaners, contractors, and other service providers
- Manage insurance, utilities, and property administration
- Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard year-round
