About The Role
As a Client Manager, you will ensure clients’ marketing needs are met effectively and strategically, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. The team is responsible for delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support client business objectives, and this role will own long‑term client relationships, strategic growth opportunities, and the seamless execution of day‑to‑day activities in collaboration with specialist teams and cross‑functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Management: Deliver a full range of services to clients, ensuring end‑to‑end management of their business and marketing needs.
- Relationship Management: Own and nurture strong,
long‑term client relationships in line with agreed plans for client growth and engagement.
- Client Development: Proactively identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to support client growth and business expansion.
- Commercial & Service Ownership: Guarantee seamless service delivery while maintaining the profitability and efficiency of the client account.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team, aligning internal efforts with the client’s business culture and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant background in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in similar roles within the marketing/communication sector, preferably in agencies or multinational environments.
- Excellent experience in media planning, especially digital; offline experience is a plus.
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
