Business Intelligence & Commercial Planning ManagerAbout the Role:At Ferrero, data and insights play a critical role in shaping commercial decisions and driving sustainable growth. The role of Business Intelligence & Commercial Planning Manager transforms commercial and market data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. This role plays a critical part in driving forecasting accuracy, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing inventory planning, and enabling cross-functional teams to make informed commercial decisions. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external distributor partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that support business performance and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial, market, customer, and channel performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations
- Generate actionable insights from sell-in, sell-out, retail audit, POS, and market data sources
- Monitor competitor activity, category performance, shopper trends, and market dynamics
- Evaluate promotional and seasonal activations, measuring effectiveness and recommending future actions
- Translate complex data into clear business stories and recommendations for leadership and commercial teams
- Support category, channel, and customer planning through insight generation and performance analysis
- Lead annual volume planning and pre-budget forecasting processes at SKU and monthly levels
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate customer plans and align commercial assumptions with business objectives
- Develop forecasting baselines by SKU and channel, incorporating promotional impacts and market trends
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions to improve business
