Main Responsibilities:
- To coordinate a team of specialist commissioning engineers.
- Ensure that the commissioning activities progress safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the parties.
- Overall quality of the commissioning activity definition, planning, and execution.
- Ensure achievement of the project targets for commissioning.

Key Activities:
- Coordinate all commissioning activities to meet the planned targets.
- Develop commissioning plans and procedures.
- Coordinate the commissioning team.
- Coordinate contractors' and vendors' representatives.
- Ensure that all contractor representatives are competent and fully knowledgeable of the HSE procedures.
- Endorse official documents,



work progress certificates, handover certificates, etc.
- Provide operations start-up support and assistance.

Minimum and Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Candidate must have oil and gas industry and offshore experience.
- Minimum eight (8) years of work experience in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including the proven ability to write reports.
