The Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern who will support our commercial team in all sales back-office activities, while gradually learning how to manage customer interactions and sales cycles. This role is designed for someone who is curious about sales, eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment,



and ready to build the foundation for a future career in B2B software sales.

Language

Our internal docs and collaboration happen in English — strong proficiency is required. Since we’re based in Italy, fluency in Italian is a big plus.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing sales materials: one-pagers, proposals, and presentations
- Keep our CRM updated and clean, maintaining pipeline hygiene and data quality
- Help schedule meetings, organize agendas, and follow up with prospects
- Manage inbound requests and route them to the right person on the team
- Research companies and prospects to enrich CRM records
- Tag ICPs and assist with early-stage lead qualification
- Support reporting and tracking of sales metrics

Learning by Shadowing
- Join sales calls with account executives to learn from real conversations
- Observe how we qualify leads, pitch the product, and manage the sales process
