About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Oracle to drive the adoption of Oracle's cloud services, software, and hardware.

This is a customer- and partner-facing commercial role, where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across the Oracle portfolio.

You will work closely with the vendor, internal sales teams, and partners to execute go-to-market strategies, accelerate pipeline, and position Oracle solutions effectively in the market.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners across OCI, Oracle software, HW and services.
- Drive business growth and revenue by identifying and executing new opportunities with partners




- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
- Support partners across the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal support, and closing
- Collaborate with Oracle and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and joint initiatives
- Enable and support partners in positioning Oracle solutions to end customers
- Track pipeline performance and drive accountability on growth targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and Oracle developments
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their Oracle business

What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, or partner management within IT (cloud experience preferred)
- Good understanding of cloud solutions, ideally SaaS
- Experience working with or managing partners, resellers, or channel ecosystems
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
