You are the operational powerhouse behind our partner relationships, making sure every commercial deal runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you will handle B2B accounts across business, education, and leisure, turning hot opportunities into confirmed bookings with speed and precision. You will spend your days keeping partners happy, managing Salesforce data, and working alongside our Revenue and Community teams to keep our spaces buzzing. What You'll Do
- Handle incoming requests and leads quickly to deliver competitive, winning offers.
- Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings.
- Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy.
- Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Team up with Revenue, Reservations, and Community crews to align on rates and guest perks.
