Job Description

Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.

You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master’s program (online or on campus).

What you will do
- Engage with international students
- Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader

What we offer
- Base salary: €18 452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K)
- Full‑time fixed‑term contract for an initial 6 months
- Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)
- Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period

Important information for international candidates
- Visa sponsorship is not provided. Candidates must hold a valid permit to work full‑time in Italy.
- Student residence permits are not accepted for this role.

Contract type: 6‑month fixed‑term contract with possibility of extension, full‑time.

Salary range: €18 452,85 – €45 000.00 per year.

Work location: Rome, Lazio (Prati area).

Start date: ASAP.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English and Italian languages
- No specific experience required
- Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a plus
- Empathy, discipline, and positive attitude are required
- Candidates must be residents in Rome
