WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be a key reference point in the onboard retail experience, delivering personalized beauty consultations, driving sales performance, and creating memorable guest interactions in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
· Deliver personalized beauty and fragrance consultations, identifying guest needs and recommending the most suitable products
· Create engaging and memorable shopping experiences that inspire guests and enhance their vacation
· Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets, including key KPIs (UPT, ATV, CR)
· Ensure product displays and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained at the highest level
· Manage stock operations, including receiving, replenishment, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies
· Support training activities within the Beauty & Fragrances category, sharing product knowledge with the team
· Handle guest feedback and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence
WHO YOU ARE
You bring a passion for beauty,
strong sales acumen, and a guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international retail environment where performance and experience go hand in hand.
Required
o Secondary school diploma; studies in Beauty, Cosmetics or related fields are a plus
o At least 1 year of experience in beauty retail or high-end sales environments
o Knowledge of fragrances, cosmetics and product ingredients
o Good command of English (minimum B1 level) to interact with an international guest base
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Sales-driven mindset with ability to identify needs and close sales
o Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards
Nice to have
o Experience in multicultural or international environments
o Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish)
o Previous shipboard experience
