Responsibilities
- Planning, setup,



monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Preparation of reports and support in performance analysis.
- Development of optimization recommendations for landing pages.
- Proactive monitoring of market developments and software trends, as well as testing and evaluating new tools.

Must Haves
As an Advertising Manager at ADDITIVE, you are passionate about performance marketing. You have a strong affinity for numbers and data, combined with excellent analytical skills. Your working style is defined by reliability, self‑motivation and a high level of accuracy.

You have very strong written and spoken German skills, and good proficiency in English and Italian. You demonstrate a strong interest in current media trends and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
