What will you have to do?
- Comply with the strategy of experiences in the destination, offering customers unique services and products based on their preferences.
- Efficiently manage all guest requests, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimise the hotel's extra revenues, while focusing on achieving total guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the customer experience by personalising their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
- Handle customer incidents according to established protocols.
- Adhere to the attributes, standards, and manuals applicable to the department.

What are we looking for?
- Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, PR, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Excellent knowledge of the destination.
- Vocation for service and high orientation to the luxury segment.
- Organisation and planning skills.
- Attention to detail.




- Minimum of 2 years in a similar hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing position such as the Guest Experience department.

The position can be classified at level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
The Gross Annual Salary is €24.177,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
