PwC Other Trust Solutions (OTS) supports organizations in strengthening resilience, transparency, governance and regulatory compliance, operating in complex and highly regulated contexts with services focused on governance, risk & compliance, cybersecurity, technology solutions for the Trust world and ESG topics. We are looking for a Manager to lead initiatives in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management. The role involves supporting public and private organizations in designing, implementing and maturing their resilience frameworks, protecting critical processes and services, strengthening incident response capabilities and ensuring compliance with national and European standards and requirements. The incumbent will manage and coordinate complex projects in Operational Resilience, interfacing with executive stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Upon joining the team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define,



implement and improve frameworks and Management Systems for Operational Continuity (SGCO), supporting organizations on the adoption and maintenance of industry best practices.
- Conduct assessments and analyses of operational resilience focusing on Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology & Cyber Resilience, Supply Chain Resilience and Emergency Management; assess maturity levels, organizational capabilities, critical dependencies and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment and activities for identifying critical services and processes.
- Define strategies, operating models, processes, procedures and plans for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management.
