AMI is looking for new ambassadors for its boutique opening in Serravalle starting in Mid‑September 2026.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will sell and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Invite customers to explore AMI and offer a unique shopping experience, welcoming them with friendliness, smiles, and a positive mood.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant product selections while encouraging cross‑selling.
- Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations needed.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships fostering a customer loyalty culture.
- Introduce new customers to the brand.
- Follow up and manage stock, including reception of goods, integration into systems, rotating inventories, restocking requests, and transfers.
- Ensure the store is well maintained: product presentation, cleanliness, and premises upkeep.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising, follow VM guidelines, and propose options during rotations.





Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in high‑end ready‑to‑wear sales and knowledge of sales techniques.
- Cheerful, dynamic, involved, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys teamwork and is results‑oriented.
- Strong customer‑service focus and enjoys meeting customer needs.
- Good sense of fashion and understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; another language is an asset.
- Starting date: Mid‑September 2026.
- Contract: 1 year.
