All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs an Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Associate Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support clients across industries in the design and delivery of complex enterprise transformations, combining technology strategy, operating model design, process optimization, data and AI capabilities, and transformation governance. Join us to help organizations redesign how they operate, make decisions and deliver outcomes - enabled by data, AI and modern technologyIn this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:Support assessments of enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes,



collecting and analysing information to identify transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks.Contribute to the definition of enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, documenting governance, organization, processes, decision rights, sourcing, capabilities, performance management and enabling the development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases through research, analysis, benchmarking, financial modelling and preparation of client-ready AI-enabled business and technology operating models, identifying high-value use cases and defining the capabilities, guardrails, governance and adoption mechanisms required to scale them responsibly.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/AI, Management Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline.Up to 2 years of experience — includi
