Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F; Co.) is recruiting for a Key Lead to drive in-store sales and customer experience on the shop floor. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates while ensuring smooth store operations and alignment with our culture and values.
The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong English and Italian language skills (B2 level). You will work on fluctuating schedules, including weekends and holidays, and support inventory control and asset protection.
