To strengthen our back-office team, we are looking for an employee to handle accounting tasks

Your Qualifications:

-
- Training in the hotel or restaurant industry with proven skills and a passion for the world of hospitality.
- Professional experience in the industry, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of daily operations at an accommodation facility.
- Familiarity with common hotel software programs - ideally the PROTEL system and the ability to use them effectively.
- Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English to ensure smooth and professional service for our international guests.
- Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for working with customers and colleagues.
- Openness to using new technologies and participating in continuing education to enhance your professional skills.

Your Responsibilities:

- Processing accommodation requests received via email or phone,



and providing competent and courteous service to guests at every stage of the booking process.
- Handling various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the office, and supporting the team in their daily work.
- Using digital tools such as PROTEL, Quovai, Outlook, and other IT systems required for reservation management and internal communication.
- Providing information about internal services (spa, restaurant, activities) and recommendations on local attractions and events.
- Collaborating with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Wellness) to ensure a coordinated and flawless experience for guests.
- Handling special requests or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding solutions.
- Active participation in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and fostering team spirit.
