Principal Mixed Signal Design EngineerAbout the Role As a Principal Mixed Signal Design Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority in the design and development of sophisticated mixed-signal integrated circuits. You will drive architecture decisions and technology roadmaps while leading complex projects from concept to production. Your deep expertise will enable you to make critical technical tradeoffs across analog and digital domains, devise innovative solutions to complex problems,



and provide technical leadership that influences ADI's technology direction and methodology. You will be responsible for driving advancements in mixed-signal design while mentoring other engineers and representing ADI's technical excellence internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architecture for complex mixed-signal ICs, making critical design decisions that balance performance, power, area, and time-to-market considerations
- Drive innovation in mixed-signal design approaches, developing new theories and methods that advance the company's technological capabilities
- Lead complex mixed-signal projects with significant business impact, directing work of engineering teams without formal management responsibility
- Oversee the integration of analog and digital IP, ensuring robust performance across varied operating conditions and process variations
