Your role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the HR team by providing cross-functional operational and analytical assistance throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will be involved in managing candidate data flows, ensuring reporting accuracy and process standardization, while contributing to the optimization of talent acquisition strategies. This internship offers the opportunity to develop key skills in recruitment operations, gain exposure to various HR activities, and contribute to the overall HR ecosystem of a global organization.
Main responsibilities:
CV scouting, screening and contact candidates by phone and you will be the point of contact for all the candidates in pipeline.
Support both in the HR interviews and in the assessment centres.
Support in the creation of administrative docume
