We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Milan.

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead this critical mission and play a central role in connecting commercial ambition with operational excellence.
This is not just a planning role.
You will be responsible for driving demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital — while leading a team and shaping the way we operate.
You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and execution.
What you will do
- Lead and continuously improve the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts and strong decision-making
- Own inventory strategy and stock optimization, balancing availability and cost efficiency
