Groupe Lépine is seeking an HR data professional to serve as the analytical right-hand to the HR Director. You will consolidate compensation data, benchmark with external sources, and develop decision-support tools for salary growth and budgeting across European subsidiaries.
You will build standardized HR reporting and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data quality across HRIS platforms. Collaboration with Payroll and local HR teams will be essential in a multilingual international context.
