Company OverviewDevup collaborates with Romagna Acque – Società delle Fonti SpA. The company manages the water source system in Romagna, focusing on sustainability, innovation and quality. In a period of organizational evolution, the need has arisen for a dedicated Human Resources Organization and Development officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead organisational development and translate the business plan into people‑oriented policies.
- Design people‑development processes: training, talent management, succession planning and skill development.
- Develop performance‑management systems focused on responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Support management in organisational change, manager development and employee engagement.
- Preside over HR policies and industrial relations within a publicly controlled company.





Benefits
- Permanent contract – CCNL Gas‑Acqua.
- Position level 8.
- Base salary €45,000 plus an additional performance premio of about €3,000.
