where you will have the opportunity to:* Build deep sector and company knowledge by talking to some of the most successful corporate leaders in Europe and beyond* Analyse and dissect business models in order to make more informed investment decisions* Have a real impact on investment decisions made by the firm through your direct contributions* Be part of our team of hands-on investment professionalsTriton seeks to hire individuals who are problem solvers, are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours.The successful candidate should:* Have strong communication skills* Be a collaborative team player* Have excellent attention to detailRequirements:To be considered for the internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:* Currently enrolled as a bachelor or master’s student or recent graduate* Excellent academic track record* Relevant prior internship or work experience - e.g. within investment banking, consulting, private equity* Fluency in English and ItalianTriton is an equal opportunity employer.
