Position: Senior Client Advisor - Montenapoleone
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving outstanding commercial performance. This role requires a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in luxury retail, a deep understanding of client development, and a strong ability to build long-term relationships with local and international clientele.
You will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales objectives,



mastering all key performance indicators, and cultivating a high-value client portfolio through personalized engagement strategies, private appointments, and proactive client outreach. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting boutique management by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Excellence & Business Performance
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall boutique performance.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all retail KPIs, including sales productivity, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, cross-selling, and client retention metrics.
- Proactively identify and maximize every sales opportunity, leveraging both appointment-based selling and walk-in traffic.
