Jobtailor is seeking a Senior BDR Leader to drive outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment. You will own segment targets, coach a growing team of BDRs, and build repeatable multi-threaded outreach with ICP-based messaging across email, phone and LinkedIn.
You will partner with marketing and product to translate market feedback into campaigns, refine forecasting, and ensure clean CRM hygiene while accelerating ramp-to-productivity for new hires.
