Post-doctoral Assignment – Management (Prof. Richard Lang)
The Horizon Europe project ASSETS examines how the Social Economy (SE) contributes to social inclusion, quality employment, and sustainability. SE organisations face challenges such as funding constraints, scaling difficulties, and limited tools for assessing their social impact. ASSETS addresses these gaps through comparative research, case studies, improved impact assessment tools, and a collaborative digital platform.

Responsibilities
- Analyze political, regulatory, and labour conditions in SE sectors across the EU.
- Conduct a case study of housing, community building and local development in Bolzano.
- Prepare scientific and practice‑oriented publications.
- Disseminate research findings in collaboration with national and international partners.
