R0001426 IT Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem & Cloud)Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, manage, and optimize our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance of systems while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS).
- Manage and monitor servers, storage, virtualization platforms and network components.
- Administer cloud environments, including compute, networking, storage and security services.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, patching and access controls.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using scripting and IaC tools.
- Collaborate with application, security and DevOps teams to support deployments and integrations.




- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support capacity planning and cost optimization for on-prem and cloud environments.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations and cloud adoption projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of on-prem infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization such as VMware/Hyper‑V, storage, networking).
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery and high‑availability architectures.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
