We are seeking a Sales Specialist to support and grow our business throughout Southern Europe, with a primary focus on Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Austria, and Romania. This position plays a critical role in expanding Scanlan's Cardiovascular (CV), Non-CV, and Surgeon Preference product portfolios through distributor partnerships, product evaluations, training, and customer engagement.
This position will work closely with a dedicated Scanlan Sales Director and Regional Manager, who will provide day-to-day work direction, territory priorities, and strategic sales support.
Location Requirement To support frequent international travel and customer engagement,
the ideal candidate will be based near Venice, Italy, or within convenient access to Venice Marco Polo Airport or another nearby international airport.
What You'll Do Drive Sales Growth and Market Development
- Achieve territory sales goals and objectives aligned with regional and international sales plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand Scanlan's presence within hospitals, health systems, and distributor networks.
- Promote the value of premium-quality surgical instruments and solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Develop strong relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Participate in business planning, forecasting, and sales strategy initiatives.
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports, activity reports, expense reports, and project updates.
- Support order management activities including backorders, returns, and delivery
