ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.* Monitor project progress from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring raw assets are efficiently transformed into finished content within agreed timelines.* Develop creative production solutions and contribute innovative ideas to execute briefs effectively across both production and post-production phases.* Continuously research and evaluate new suppliers, directors, filmmakers, editors, emerging trends, technologies, and production techniques to drive innovation and maintain best-in-class creative standards.WHO YOU ARE* You have University or bachelor's degree.* You bring At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (production, shooting, content operations) within fashion/luxury or structured creative environments.* Proven ability to operate independently, managing priorities and operational decisions without constant supervision.* You're known for your strong proactivity, with a mindset focused on anticipating problems,
