What You'll GainThroughout the year, you’ll be supported by team members, managers and senior leaders who’ve been where you are and are determined to fast-track your career. Mentoring and direct communications with your COO. Training in store operations, finance, people management and more. Participation to the UNIQLO Europe Leadership Convention in London. A network of diverse and supportive colleagues united by a shared purpose.




Programme StructureMonths 1-4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations: You'll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world‑class.
- You’ll learn and master: Customer service
- Product deliveries & replenishment
- Omni-channel & checkout operations
- Onboarding and training new starters
- Product category management

Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership: As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

- Developing the performance of your colleagues
