What you will be responsible for:
- Take overall responsibility for daily maintenance, emergency breakdown repair, maintenance and replacement of circulating water pumps, spray pumps, various motors, cooling fans and pipeline networks within the plant area. Capable of independently troubleshooting common equipment faults including abnormal noise, excessive vibration, water leakage, overheating motors, damaged bearings, worn fan belts, pipeline seepage,



aging joints and valve malfunctions, so as to guarantee the 24-hour stable operation of electromechanical equipment.
- Strictly implement the equipment maintenance plan, complete pump bearing replacement, motor maintenance, fan belt replacement, pipeline rust removal and fastening, valve overhaul and sealing part replacement on schedule, establish equipment maintenance ledgers, and reduce equipment failure rates.
- Be responsible for daily patrol inspection, water quality control, chemical dosing and internal circulation operation of closed cooling towers, elevated water tanks and circulating water systems. Precisely control water consumption (evaporation, wind drift, blowdown) to ensure normal flow, pressure and temperature parameters of the water cooling system.
