focused on driving growth across strategic accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Diagnostics sectors in Italy. We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who acts as a trusted advisor and General Manager of their territory — building long-term account strategies, engaging C-level executives, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for customers. What You'll Actually Be Doing* Build and manage strategic account plans for a defined set of named Life Sciences accounts across Italy* Lead complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature* Partner with product specialists and solutions architects to design and position the right Salesforce solutions for each customer's digital transformation priorities* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive long-term customer succes
