Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee business development initiatives.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other C-Suite members to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
- Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, ensuring continuous improvement.




- Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing business plans.
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
