Johnson Electric Asti S.r.l. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth in collaboration with regional teams and key customers. You will identify market opportunities, shape product strategy, and support new product development while aligning with the business goals.
You will lead RFQ processes, monitor performance against revenue and BOM targets, and work with R&D; to define roadmaps. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
