What you´ll do

- Quality system management: Develop, implement, and improve quality control systems, procedures, and documentation
- Testing & inspections: Oversee routine and surveillance tests, and coordinate inspections across materials, production, packaging, and finished goods,



ensuring consistent quality standards
- Equipment & maintenance management: Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, compliant with MSA requirements, and supported by effective preventive maintenance plans
- Manage the non-conforming material review (NCMR) Program. Lead investigations to troubleshoot plant issues and reject batches. Utilize statistical analytical techniques to identify sources of variation and opportunities to improve. Determine key causes of out of spec batches and work to implement effective countermeasures to reduce/eliminate over time. Determine root cause and corrective actions and develop project plans to drive change. Report monthly progress metrics
- Coordinate implementation of other Quality core tools, problem solving methodologies for NCM (A3, FRPS, etc)
- Be SQC tool owner - operate monitor, continuously maintain IDHs on SQC and trouble shoot alerts
