Job Description

Working with us as an In-Store Key Account - Piedmont means joining a successful team, having the immediate opportunity to express your ideas and make a difference, actively participating in an ambitious national route-to-market project.

Reporting directly to the Sell Out Coordinator, your mission will be to oversee the points of sale in the assigned area, activating our products through all activation pillars and in line with our Perfect Store strategy.

You will be responsible for regularly monitoring the points of sale under your responsibility, increasing the distribution of the continuous assortment, the effectiveness of promotional activities, shelf space, and extra displays through negotiation with store managers.

In brief, your main responsibilities will be:




- Visit and regularly supervise the assigned panel of points of sale according to predefined coverage objectives;
- Ensure the correct peripheral implementation of national contracts (in particular, promotions, assortments, prices, etc.).
- Analyze and monitor in-store commercial activities (baseline products rotation, promos, assortments...);
- Implement Category Management projects in points of sale, directly supervising the accurate setup of promotional materials;
- Negotiate promotional activities locally and manage the assortment;
- Periodically monitor displays, prices, promotions, product range, and competitor activities.
- Regularly report on activities carried out and signal opportunities not yet covered.

The sought profile:
- Three-year degree or higher qualification
- Preferable previous internship experience (3/6 months) in sales or trade marketing
- Geographical flexibility and mobility throughout Italy.
- Excellent knowledge of Exce
