Room Assistant

We are looking for room assistants who have strong interpersonal skills, particularly with children and adolescents. You will work in a young and dynamic environment, where sporting activities are made fun and affordable for everyone. Our Mission è to make our users feel at home, guaranteeing the highest quality service, providing a unique experience but without neglecting safety. Reporting to the centre director, you will provide assistance and supervision of users, coordinating with other room assistants and instructors.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with users of different ages (children – adolescents – adults)
- Strong propensity to work in a team
- Availability to work shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
- Previous experience in the role or similar and knowledge of English are considered a plus

What you will do
- Welcoming users and explaining the rules for using the activity areas
- Supervising users in the facility and monitoring correct use of the equipment
- Checking the correct functioning of the equipment

Young dynamic people aged between 18 and 30.
