STMicroelectronics in Italy seeks a Senior Application Engineer to define specifications for Discrete and Intelligent Power Modules (SiC/GaN MOSFETs) with Marketing collaboration. You will own development from definition to testing, validating electrical parameters and supporting customers during design-in and returns.
Key application areas include Industrial and Appliance Motion Control, On-board Chargers, and Energy Management Systems.
