Job description

Staff S.p.A. Agenzia Per Il Lavoro, a solid and dynamic reality, in a project of constant growth and development, for the opening of the new Florence branch, selects a:

SALES ACCOUNT

The resource will be responsible for the commercial development of personnel search, selection and administration services in the area of expertise; in particular:
- Organizes and plans its strategic and operational activity, from mapping, to prospecting, to contact and visit.
- Manages the client completely, from acquisition to consolidation.
- Promotes a cross-selling commercial policy by implementing synergies with other company services.

Requirements:




- Significant experience in commercial roles with a preferable background in the Employment Agencies or Search and Selection Companies sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant economic fabric.
- Strong spirit of initiative, decisive orientation towards results, natural predisposition to teamwork and solid motivations to operate in this sector complete the profile.

Workplace: Firenze

Working hours: tempo pieno, 9.00-13.00 / 14.00-18.00.

Employment contract: CCNL Commercio Confcommercio (CNEL H011).

Indicative salary range: RAL € 32,000 - 40,000.
