The teamYou will collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requirements and tender management processes, with Product and Engineering to support solution delivery, and with Customer Success and Account teams to ensure a smooth customer experience before, during, and after implementation.

The work you'll do
- Coordinate customer implementation projects from kickoff to rollout, making sure scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks, and next steps are clear
- Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their tender management needs, business objectives, current processes, and adoption priorities
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, customer workshops, solution proposal presentations, and feature demonstrations
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Customer Success, and Account teams to ensure smooth delivery of software solutions
- Monitor project progress, surface ris
