IQM Selezione is recruiting, on behalf of an international company operating in the electronic and electromechanical components sector, a:
Sales Engineer - Northern Italy The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities in Northern Italy, managing existing customers and identifying new business prospects within the industrial and energy markets. ## Main Responsibilities * Promote and sell electronic and electromechanical components.
* Manage and develop relationships with customers, OEMs and distributors.
* Identify new business opportunities in Northern Italy.
* Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts and project updates.
* Use CRM tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Participate in trade fairs and industry events. ## Candidate Profile * 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in electronic or electromechanical components.
* Good technical understanding of electronic, electromechanical and/or passive components.
* Experience in industrial or energy markets is preferred.




* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage complex sales processes.
* Good organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work in an international environment.
* Availability to travel. ## Requirements * Fluent Italian.
* Fluent English.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is considered a plus.
* Technical studies in Industrial Engineering or similar field are appreciated but not mandatory. ## Offer * Permanent full-time contract.
* Salary package aligned with experience.
* Indicative Gross Annual Salary: 50,-60,.
