RIMOWA in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor for a summer assignment (m/f/d). Start mid-July for 1 month to deliver luxury consultations and support in-store sales.
You will engage international clients, aiming for exceptional service, with CRM goals and on-site product and repair training to enhance the customer experience.
As the after-sales contact, you’ll manage post-purchase topics and ensure seamless processing from acceptance to return, upholding RIMOWA’s standards.
