OverviewThe role is a Business Development Account Manager for E‑commerce, responsible for leading the international expansion of Arduino e‑commerce operations. The position is based in Turin, Italy or Remote.
Responsibilities
- Market assessment: identify and assess opportunities for international expansion by analysing market potential, consumer trends, and regional demand for Arduino solutions.
- Strategic planning: define the go‑to‑market strategy for new regions, including localised marketing approaches and distribution logistics.
- Solution identification: evaluate and select e‑commerce platforms and third‑party solutions to ensure a seamless, localised user experience.
- Stakeholder coordination: coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to align on project milestones and deployment timelines.
- Operational execution: set up new storefronts,



ensuring compliance with local regulations and integration with internal systems; manage the business in person or through local resources/agencies.
- Performance analysis: monitor and report on the success of new market entries using KPIs, providing ROI analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
- User experience optimisation: plan and execute experiments such as conversion tests and funnel optimisations to maximise lead generation and sales performance.
- Go‑to‑market leadership: define and lead the go‑to‑market strategy, including marketing and advertising.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling e‑commerce marketplaces across different countries and cultures, preferably in Asia or LATAM.
- Relationship management: ability to build rapport and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Project management: strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously.
