Ferrero Group Headquarters is looking for a Head of Global Media Relations who will define, lead and continuously evolve Ferrero Group's global media relations strategy, serving as the senior point of accountability for earned media engagement, executive visibility and media-driven reputation management.
The role is responsible for ensuring that Ferrero is represented in the external media landscape with accuracy, consistency, credibility, and strategic impact. It oversees proactive and reactive media relations at Group level, manages high-stakes media moments, and provides senior counsel on issues and reputational risks involving media exposure.
The role leads the Global Media Relations function, ensuring excellence in press office operations, executive communications, issues management, media intelligence and global media engagement. It builds on the current Media Relations Manager scope, which includes Group Press Office activities, international media handling, issue management, executive counselling, media training,



editorial calendar, media insights and support to regions/countries.
The role aims to strengthen Ferrero’s corporate reputation through a globally coordinated media relations approach. It ensures media engagement supports corporate priorities, executive positioning and issues/crisis management, while providing guidance and coordination across markets and functions in a fast-moving communication environment.
Main Responsibilities:Thanks to your extensive experience in global media relations and corporate communications, you will define and lead Ferrero Group's global media relations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate reputation priorities and business objectives.
You will provide strategic leadership to the Group Press Office, overseeing international media engagement and providing senior counsel on media-sensitive topics, including financial communications, leadership announcement
