ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative Recruitment Administrator who can craft compelling job advertisements and manage essential administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoys working autonomously.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Craft and develop engaging job advertisements for various platforms, including paid media and social media
- Maintain and update our CRM dashboard,



ensuring live vacancies are accurately displayed
- Manage and update interactive dashboards using Google Docs, Excel, and other tools to reflect active vacancies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our job advertisement partners
- Assist with reporting, follow up on client briefs, and arrange appointments for the company owner
- Drive continuous improvement within your area of responsibility
- Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed by the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality written content and suggest enhancements
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Solid experience with administrative tasks and a strong command of Google Sheets / Excel (Intermediate level or higher). A skills test will be part of the recruitment process
