This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, product strategy,



and customer engagement. You will own products throughout their lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that drive business growth. Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers, you will help shape the future of refrigeration controls across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs
- Manage product profitability and support business case development for new product investments
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and product enhancements
- Define product positioning and value propositions
- Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities
- Develop technical and commercial sales enablement materials
