Your role:
As Technical Sales Support Professional, you will be part of the Technical PreSales Support Team, serving as a reference for the Sales Team on Siemens Automation Products, especially HMI and SCADA products. Your day‑to‑day activities include supporting the sales team with updates on new automation products, assisting customers during the configuration of new machines, and finding the best solutions for their requirements. You will also be involved in presentations to colleagues and customers, showcase technical updates of Siemens products,



and work closely with headquarters to champion the products in the Italian market.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Being the Italian technical reference for products under your responsibility
- Sharing technical information with colleagues and customers
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Headquarters to promote the products in the Italian market
- Building the best automation solutions for customers

What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering
- 2–3 years’ experience in industrial automation systems and SCADA or HMI programming
- Passion and curiosity for technical details of the Automation Products (HMI, SCADA, PLC, Network devices)
- Strong orientation to reach targets and focus on customers, initiative, autonomy, and teamwork
- Desire to share knowledge with others and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of English and I
