Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

About the Role

TikTok Shop is redefining how people discover and buy products. In Italy, we're building the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem from the ground up:



agencies and service providers that help merchants win on this platform. You'll be embedded in that build.

What you'll do
- Partner Business Development: Identify, qualify, and approach agencies and service providers that could join the TSP program. Own the pipeline from first contact to onboarding handoff.
- Ecosystem Operations: Keep the partner engine running — coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock execution, track program milestones, and ensure commitments land.
- Performance Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain the dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows that make partner performance visible. If it's repetitive, systematize it.
- Partner Cold Start: Work directly with newly onboarded TSPs to accelerate their first 90 days on TikTok Shop — setup, capability activation, first seller wins.
- Merchant Opportunity Scouting: Support partners in identifying e-commer
