Junior Accountant

Location: BUSNAGO (MB)

Contract: Apprendistato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato

Salary: RAL 24.000 – 28.000

Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join a leading Italian company, part of an international group specializing in aerospace materials distribution and processing. The candidate will report directly to the Administrative Manager and support the administrative and accounting team in daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Support client and supplier accounting activities
- Record invoices, credit notes, and administrative documentation
- Manage the journal and archive accounting documents
- Perform administrative checks and document verifications
- Support bank and accounting reconciliations
- Collaborate in managing client, supplier, and chart of accounts data
- Prepare documentation supporting cash collections and payments
- Monitor administrative deadlines and periodic obligations
- Assist in preparing administrative reporting
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures




- Interface with various company functions to manage administrative activities

Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s in Economics or related disciplines
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, including internships or traineeships
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
