As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Ragusa team,
you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
